I understand that it is my responsibility to advise Prep Pharma’ staff of any such damage caused, immediately upon becoming aware of it. Furthermore, I understand that I will be responsible for reimbursing Prep Pharma for any such damage, as advised by staff.
Section B: Applicable to those enrolling in the OSCE preparatory course
By entering into this agreement, I understand how to properly operate and maintain the equipment I am using at home, in the laboratory and in the classroom, as depicted in the course manual and explained by the instructor. I understand that during a course, equipment downtime for repairs/maintenance may occur, and there will be no make-up time or compensation of any sort for missed time, as Prep Pharma takes potential downtime into account when constructing a course/service and will ensure that all course objectives will be met by the end of the course.

Missed classes will NOT be compensated for in any way, so please ensure that the student closely adhere to the classroom time. If the student absolutely cannot attend due to a major circumstance, please ensure that the student have an arrangement with a colleague for missed notes, as Prep Pharma does not have the obligation, nor may it have the feasibility, to repeat or replay lectures. It is, however, a good practice to inform the administrative staff of missed lectures regardless, in case there is preplanned make-up or repeat session(s).
As between Prep Pharma and the student, Prep Pharma owns all rights, title and interest in and to the services and program materials. The student acknowledges and agrees that the services and program materials are provided to the student only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Prep Pharma will not share these documents with a third party without the consent of the student. Unwillingness or refusal to provide identifying documents is grounds for expulsion with no refund.

All applicant/students at Prep Pharma agree to always adhere to the code of conduct. Violation of terms of conduct is an offense under the Code, subject to disciplinary actions and can result in immediate termination from the course(s) with no refund (in cases where full payment is not yet collected, applicant/students in violation will be liable for outstanding fees). The code includes the following:
Please be sure of the student’s decision to enroll. Once a registration form is filled in, the student is legally bound and financially committed for the FULL FEES, regardless of attendance or payment status (students on payment plans will still be liable for outstanding fees not yet collected). We have a strict NO REFUND policy outside the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made.
If the student is unsure of being fully committed to the course, consult with the details below BEFORE the student register.
Reservation fees are collected when Prep Pharma does not intend to collect the full fee/tuition for a service, reducing the financial burden on students and providing them more time to acquire funds. Reservation fees will be associated with a corresponding full fee/tuition due date.
Reservation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-creditable.
Students are required to pay the full fee, or enter into a binding payment plan agreement, on the full fee/tuition due date. Failure to do so will cause the reservation fee to be forfeited (no refund). The reservation amount will be applied to the tuition/service fee on the tuition due date.
In the event a withdrawal is requested before the start date of the course/service, the penalty will be the reservation fee amount or the standard withdrawal policy amount, whichever is higher (see standard withdrawal policy). This is applicable before and after the full fee due date.
Transfers between cycles/courses are not permitted. Only a few extenuating circumstances, such as bereavement, may be considered. Approved cases will be subject to administrative penalties on a case-by-case basis, is limited to one approval per registration, and is subject to price increases and course/service changes.
Please be advised that students transferring from a different cycle/course or registering using a credit from a different cycle/course will not be eligible for a refund request. A student loses their eligibility for a refund on the date a transfer/credit is approved.
(All deduction amounts are calculated based on full, non-discounted course/service fee)
For Hands-on courses (Ex. OSCE Course): standard withdrawal policy will apply regardless of previous exam result or change in status (e.g. Failure in Evaluating Exam, failure in MCQ Exam, passing with appeals, getting University Acceptance etc.). If the student decides to register, please be prepared to take the course to completion as no refunds or credits will be issued. The student’s best option would be to inform the administration as early as possible, in writing, of the student’s interest in registering, as management has a Waiting-List system in place, in which timestamps are a significant determinant for a call-back.
For OSCE Course: students MUST inform the administrative staff in writing at the time of registration of their pending MCQ Exam result in order to get pre-approved for a policy exception.
In case of failure, students must submit their Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) result to the Front Desk via email within forty-eight (48) hours from the time results are released. If pre-approved, students will receive a full 100% credit for OSCE once books/handouts are returned (a purchase option will be available). This offer is valid within the first fourteen (14) days of the course, after which the student must continue with the course.
For Evaluating Exam & MCQ Exam Courses: students MUST inform the administrative staff in writing at the time of registration of their pending status (for visa and/or document evaluation by the PEBC). The administration will grant pre-approvals depending on capacity and other factors. In case of negative outcomes (e.g. visa denial), pre-approved students can:
Reselling or re-assigning Prep Pharma course registrations or seats is not allowed. Any attempts to do so will be grounds for dismissal from the course with no refund. A willingness to give up a seat cannot be used to bypass Prep Pharma’ waiting list.
Reselling Prep Pharma content, handouts, and/or books is not allowed and constitutes grounds for dismissal from Prep Pharma services with no refund.
Prep Pharma credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire in 6 months Conditional Prep Pharma credits (e.g. Course-specific credits) are valid for one cycle only, immediately following the current cycle.
The advertised course fees are subject to change without notice. Any planned change in fees will not impact students who are already registered.
When a student is eligible for multiple discounts or offers, only one discount or offer (the highest in value) will be applied to course fees.
In cases where an amendment to an existing registration is approved, filling in a new registration form may not be required. Examples include (but not limited to) session switching, Mock Exam upgrade requests, transfers, and course accommodations/options offered to students through lecture or by email. Attaching student responses/recordings or approved amendments to the existing registration may be sufficient.
Students agree that all communication/correspondence with Student Relations/Prep Pharma management is confidential and will not be shared with other students or any third party. I understand that disclosure may result in administrative or legal repercussions, including voiding of special accommodations or registrations, or dismissal with no refund.
